      Pros

      Highly competent technical leadership, very friendly staff and co-workers, leadership is invested in growing the skills and tools of their employees. NOTE: Last Year at Employer was actually 2015 but that was not an available option.

      Cons

      Small company who is usually a subcontractor so there is a risk on some contracts if they are cut.

      Pros

      Strong team that really cares about their customer's success. Leadership team has a strong technical background. Extremely good benefits. They seem to really care about the staff and exceeding customer needs.

      Cons

      Leadership is sometimes too focused on customer's technical problems.

      Pros

      CohesionForce has great benefits, especially the medical insurance, paid days off, and the 401K. The pay is very good. The CEO and office staff are people who care and frequently go out of their way to be helpful.

      Cons

      Although the company is planning on expanding outside of the state, there are currently no positions available outside of Alabama.
