      Pros

      Top of the line facilities, Experienced management, wonderful learning opportunity. Beautiful workplace setting. Cohn Restaurant Group is a great reference to have on a resume.

      Cons

      Low pay, after all, you are lucky to work for Cohn Restaurant Group. No benefits. Was told I deserved a raise but would not receive one. This happened for years. Received two promotions during my time working there, never received any form of compensation for new responsibilities.

      The job helped me develop my teamwork and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. The managers were generally supportive, and I appreciated the chance to work alongside a friendly team.
