None, if you like crypto you can get it without a transaction fee. That’s it.
Cons
POORLY MANAGED. Management is mostly terrible here. Terrible health benefits, no 401k, “unlimited” vacation so they don’t have to pay you out when you get laid off or leave, horrible communication. The list goes on.
