-> Despite working for a full year on an ESOP basis, no formal ESOP agreement was ever provided. -> After contract completion, the company delayed communication and never honored the ESOP or provided any clarity. -> Multiple follow-ups were ignored, and vague excuses were given ("waiting for funding", "project not completed"). -> No transparency in payouts, vesting, or contract closure. -> Lack of professionalism and accountability in handling part-time contributors.

Be alert and stay away from coincrowd.

Company's existence is questionable. Zero sense of understanding what they are building. They are playing safely at the cost of other's valuable time. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO JOIN.
