Pros
The pay was industry-standard but people were able to work from home. There was almost no micromanagement and depending on your team, your co-workers could be nice.
Cons
This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They have 0 transparency and randomly lay off people without any prior notice. The worst part is when you're being laid off, your managers don't even say a thank you or sorry, they just make the HR do the layoffs through a short 5-minute call. To be honest, the company is falling into the abyss due to massive failures by the leadership team but they never take any responsibility. If you go take a look at Coinme's product, you can tell it's a joke compared to its competitors. I honestly don't see this company being profitable at all unless they make massive changes to the entire leadership, including replacing the CEO and most of the VPs.
