      Pros

      Autonomy, Compensation, Work/Life balance, transparency, involved leadership and C-Suite. +Experience to work with some of the largest tech companies across the globe.

      Cons

      Market changes, team decreased in size substantially. Blame is not on Coit. Not much of a path to longer term career opportunities.

      Pros

      Leadership trusts their hiring process and allows you to be who they hired you to be. Client Directors are super supportive and are amazing advocates to unearth new opportunities within existing clients and new one.

      Cons

      The RPO model of hiring medium volume engineering and high level sales teams will be challenging over the immediate term...I made it through several rounds of layoffs and they did their best to keep everyone.
