Pros
-Friendly environment, -Good pay for the type of job. -Fair amount of tips on top of hourly wage -Flexible schedule. -Free ice cream and drinks. -Very simple job with little to no difficulties -Product discounts -Nice managers and crew.
Cons
-Hours can and will get cut during low season, -Can get very chaotic at times. -Will get repetitive and boring after a few months. -No benefits at all. -Management can get a bit overwhelming sometimes if you try to call out with no one covering your shift. -Little room for growth within the company, -Not much work-life balance unless you don't mind getting home late at night.
