Family orientated company within lower level positions.

No support from upper management

*Most* coworkers are great. The people are the only thing that make this job tolerable. Benefits and salary are decent for the location.

The hours are overwhelmingly oppressive. There is no consideration given to work life balance. Salary is used as a way to avoid excessive amounts of overtime. Unrealistic expectations for the amount of quality work that can be produced in a given time. Extremely high stress environment. Workplace bullying, often by mid level management supervisors, is a big problem here and the main reason I found employment elsewhere. I attempted to tell HR about it and they basically wouldn't even listen to what I had to say and didn't care at all. They often promote unqualified people from within the company and provide no further training creating a "blind leading the blind situation."
