      Pros

      very low salary but salary provides in time.

      Cons

      They cannot track performance and evaluation system is very very bad. They just fire employees randomly. Poor project management system. Salary increment is very very poor. They dont follow any courtesy just fire employees as they want without prior notice.

      All the team leader are very helpful.

      Cons

      Only use laravel. They should use other updated technology and should also develop mobile applications. And should use automation tools for testing.
