Fully remote, lots of opportunity to work on different projects, very Databricks orientated
Cons
Company is trying to grow, unrealistic targets from parent company mean compensation increases only happen on very rare occasions for perhaps 10% of staff, potentially twice a year. Bonus is non existent. Negotiate hard when joining as your basic pay probably won't change much
