Pros
It's a super fun place to work. You meet a lot of interesting people in the entertainment and social media industry. From different companies, to clients, to people in the office. Creativity can come from anywhere and it's very rarely a boring place. Collab has frequent company outings to bring teams together. You learn about team work and you learn how to be a contributing member, not just of your own team but, of multiple teams. Also! A pet friendly office! I love seeing co-worker's cute puppies when they are brought in. Always a great part of office life. They offer learning programs like Skillshare to develop skills if you feel like you are lacking in some way. HUGE help with self development in the company.
Cons
I'd say the lack of guidance can be a struggle for people who may be coming into this company as their first work experience. You need a lot of self growth to see real gains here. They have begin to implement changes here, but you need to be super proactive and know how to communicate any change you want to see. The office location isn't very good, the office space itself if fun and nice. But the area is dangerous and you need to be mindful of your surroundings constantly. Though there is great security that definitely helps you feel better about it.
