Pros
As the CEO and owner I feel CMD is a great company for the right people who want to make a difference and are willing to make mistakes, and admit when they do. I do everything I can to make each employees days better. I make mistakes and I learn everyday for the past 16 years to do what I can to be a better person and CEO.
Cons
If you are allergic to putting in a good days work, CMD is not the place for you. :-) We have fun, but we also expect results each day.
