Pros
The team is filled with amazingly talented professionals at all their respective positions. A lot of effort was put into the hiring process and they have managed to mesh together an extremely ambitious group of people who love collaborating and pushing the Company forward. With that being said, the company culture is terrific — everything is open and friendly. The office hours are super flexible, there is a company-wide demo and beer session every Friday along with a catered lunch, social events and most importantly, an enormous opportunity to grow and learn from the people around you.
Cons
May not necessarily be a con but the company is still in it's early stages which has many different implications such as stability. If you are looking for a comfortable, steady job where you can easily cruise through your day-to-day then this may not be the right fit for you. The team here possesses a lot of grit and passion to drive the company towards success and if you aren't prepared to get out of your comfort zone it will be hard to keep up.
