Site manager is there on hand ready to assist, one site manager per office so can usually get matters addressed to him/her if urgent. Collection House is an ethical company to work for, work & life balance is good since they've different options in terms of start and finish times as well as having every second Friday off based on a 9-day fortnight roster.
