Rush to get things done without full staffing and thinking through process. Attitude is if you don't like it, you should leave rather than trying to help employees who are here and do the work. Lots of cost cutting so doesn't feel like your job is safe. Too many new people who think they know how company should work but they have no experience at company and don't understand company. Used to be a better company.
