      - Excellent opportunity to learn and develop business skills in a safe & supportive environment. - It will take you outside of your comfort zone and you will become a better version of yourself because of it. - You are surrounded by a network of people supporting you day in and day out with the business. - Excellent executive level coaching from full-time coaches. - Great way to make a lot of money at a young age.

      Cons

      - This program is not for everyone - you have to be fully bought in to the program and your own personal development, willing to learn and work hard every single day, and stay committed no matter how hard it gets.

      - Uncapped earning and personal development - Be your own boss - Insurance, branding, and direction

      Cons

      - This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
