      Nice buildings, Apple Mac's, locality

      Cons

      No sick pay, terrible company directors, they expect you to do lots of extra hours for no extra pay but deduct money for doctor or dentist appointments, all take and no give. Staff are treated as disposable assets, no annual pay reviews

      Pros

      Collegiate offers periodic training that is good for self-improvement.

      Cons

      The leadership is very distant from the staff and doesn't listen to and appreciate staff. Also, you are always under so much pressure and little or no attention to HSE.
