Pay, limited earning potential (meaning merit increases aren't even worth going above and beyond), opportunities for growth from within, lack of direction, lack of diversity, no clarity in the role, no true partnership with the BDMs, and new call center employees aren't trained properly so a lot falls back on veteran agents
