Decent Pay, union job, small opportunity for overtime, good benefits, very hands on and active. not boring and very interactive with building tenants.
Cons
long commute, no job recognition, poorly managed, poorly staffed, no chance for advancement, time off requests are frowned upon and being late by one one minute is very bad.

-the people
-mostly easy-going
-not a hard job
-good actually entry level job
-people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about
Cons
-Schedule rigidity
-almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values)
-the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised)
-the favoraitism by management
-the work is either a 100% or nothing to do
-in office days tend to be highly stressful
