Pros
Colliers has great people, and is good at brokering real estate transactions. They have an eye towards the future and are leveraging technology to boost productivity.
Cons
Some of the infrastructure is a bit antiquated, and there were too many reorganizations to keep a constant focus on getting core functionality stabilized. I did not see this myself, but I hear that they are working on it now and moving in the right direction.
