Pros

I do not have any pros about this company, I was in the process of becoming employed there until they showed how truly unprofessional they are in addition to their lack of respect for others and lack of communication.

Cons

Everything. While in the hiring process for a role I had met with my potential manager and was hired verbally and was assured I would have my offer letter meeting my salary requirements by EOD, as I was offered another role at a different company which required a response. I did not receive an offer letter by end of day, nor the following, or following- you get the gist. I was assured it was coming after several requests and once it was finally under submission, I was informed they'd be cutting my agreed upon salary by $15k and assumed I would still be accepting the role. I have never experienced a more unprofessional company with such lack of communication and disrespect for potential employee's.

Pros

Flexible schedule & ability to work remote or hybrid

Cons

The company does not communicate effectively among all staff. Upper management treats as-needed staff like they are trash and they don't take time to understand the discipline that they are in charge of. When the department is understaffed, the employees are told to just "work harder" instead of hiring more people. They interview people, make them believe they have a shot, then the managers ghosts them. Even though they label themselves as having "competitive" salaries, they pay less than some smaller companies. Large bonuses only go to managers after their staff does all the hard work. Regular staff gets small bonuses and baby raises each year. A lot of people resign after they refuse to do bigger raises because they can get hired for a lot more at other companies. Upper management also ignores all communication from regular staff. There are no repercussions to Upper management when there are HR complaints about them. Advancement in the company is super slow.
