      take of employee need and timely appraisal and keep genuine discussion of appraisal Lots of employee engagement which keep mind fresh and able to bear work pressure

      No cons in my tenure To give option for internal job change rest everything is fine No Advice to the management

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
