Pros

It WAS a great place to work over covid however after the previous General Manager and the Vice President of Coloplast Charter left and their replacements joined the same cannot be said now. The people are mostly nice even though they are dealing with the disaster of a new system that the Charter VP approved despite it being nowhere near fit for purpose.

Cons

Charter VP actively removing good people from their roles to make way for his 'favourite' - who has now been hired into a role they have zero relevant skills or experience for, having previously put into another role they had no appropriate skills for. This is a cover up to place blame on others for bad decisions and reward those that are 'yes' people. Embarrassing to work for a company which used to pride itself on delivering exceptional customer service now the new system is in and is delivering long wait times and failed orders - those that knew this was a bad idea were either silenced or removed from the business.

Pros

They don’t micromanage, supervisors are always willing to help.

Cons

QA is an absolute mess, and they refuse to see the issue which affects everyone’s monthly bonus. If you value your mental health don’t work here, they will constantly talk to you about your “brand” or how you are being perceived if you speak up too much for their taste. They will ask for feedback but never address any issues. Your confidence will be tarnish when you work your butt off and your QA scores are always low, even people that are top tier and leaders within the dept can’t even get decent scores. Unless you are able to be hired by another dept, which that in itself is hard, you have nowhere to go, basically they “promote” you by doing the same job with more pay that comes with extra set of responsibilities while also having to meet your metrics because if not, no bonus.
