Upper manager doesn’t take our advice , what’s the point of HQ …to hear us complain ?
- misogynistic for sure , says passive aggressive things to women / non binary . But never to the men lol
- makes decisions based on emotions
- makes staff/ leaders cry , staff to afraid to tell hr because hr doesn’t listen or scared they will be fired because they know no one cares
- adds more verbiage and things to do in job description with same pay
- teammates getting terminated or layed off because color factory can’t afford it or because management doesn’t like you.
-favoritism with certain leaders/ staff, when other leaders deserve more recognition
- never acknowledges our work on the floor just micro manages
- everyone wants to leave because our upper manager is bad , and feels uncomfortable when he’s around
