      - Good organization which bases itself on simplicity and respect for every individual; you'd truly experience this when working here - Management is quite approachable and they do go an extra mile to support people with genuine concerns - Learning options are well-thought and varied, especially for technical skills - Work life balance is encouraged here

      Nothing so grave that could be categorized as a 'downside' of working here.
