      - Free to speak your mind as long as you are polite. - You will be given opportunities based on your performance. - Nice Work culture

      Cons

      - Not every team manager is good enough as a lead. - You have to be lucky(like me) to get a team manager who actually listens to the employee and provide opportunities accordingly.
