No value to employees No decision making by Indian management always they do what BE management says and felt kind of dominated mindset from them. Politics They don’t trust Indians and they do expect Indians always try to impress them with unwanted discussions and etc…. Finally I can say complete control in BE management (they are not client just colleagues)
