Pros
1) Good opportunities to learn, if you're technically strong then it's an opportunities galore 2) Great Pay - salaries are better than industry standards, additional monetary benefits for employees who are travelling or at customer location
Cons
1) Absolute lack of management, management is just namesake, in 9/10 cases you'll feel on your own 2) Travel is unplanned and poorly executed, lack of a professional travel team 3) Consultants and Developers are made to do everything from their own work to others work to Project Management to Training etc 4) Lack of Technical expertise or know how amognst the technical managers 5) Company forces signing of a 2/3 year bond, these terms are only mentioned on the day of joining and not earlier - unfair hiring practice, breaking the bond would mean the company would not give a experience certificate 6) Absolute lack of HR policies and methods, expect policies to change overnight and to be whimsical favouring the management, I've personally seen an instance where a policy was changed overnight 7) Process - What Process?
