      Decent Benefits. They've beat any other offers I've gotten from other employers in the area in regards to compensation.

      Sometimes work comes at you from all angles and it can all seem fairly disorganized at times, but management is always trying to improve their process.

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
