      Overworked, under-appreciated, lack of professional growth, horrible office politics, older employees are bitter they never got promoted, everyone only looks out for themselves and will happily through you under the bus if it is good for them

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
