Pay suck bad at times there

Lots of athletic talent, some great people working hard around campus, quite a bit of freedom in what you get to do

Management is full of huge egos who don't have any interest in what the people making them money have to say. Lots of big promises and never following through, and telling you want to hear to keep you quiet. Decent stepping stone for those of us who want to coach college sports, but not a career spot.
