Pros

Free Coffee on Shift Excellent Commission structure if you're Full Time. Part Time, it's not enough money even as a second job, highly taxed on what you do sell Excellent Check Lists but co workers fake the pictures so the work isn't actually done

Cons

On Camera all shift (nothing to do with my low review ZERO Breaks (nothing to do with my low review) They Hold Low Sales Against you for Months as if you don't gain Knowledge each and everyday. They create a better promotion that the customers Ask YOU for regularly and they fire you before you can get a chance to sell it (the day of). You HAVE to out sell your Store Manager who is "required" to make more sales than you. Doesn't make sense? Glad we agree. Store Manager gets to roam the mall day and be with their friends and someone has to do 40% of their job but that's the work force now. Managers and "Sales Experts" are safe no matter the revenue by making the lowest required sales with no expectation to improve

Pros

Generous overall pay, and support structure within the company. The company seems to understand that they can learn from their staff no matter their rank and are open to at least listening to and evaluating the opinions of everyone that is a part of the company. I also greatly admired the work and engineering behind this company, and they appear to run a very ethical and honest business for their customers and partners. I tried to go above and beyond while here and consistently be the top sales person and it definitely felt like that was recognized which was nice, although I was laid off quickly in the end as part of a restructuring.

Cons

A larger heads up before the restructuring that I was a part of would have been appreciated. A little better reply time from certain managers as well as less being thrown at the wall, because some things were announced and then not followed up with in terms of pay structure and incentives.
