Pros
From a technology perspective the job is rather interesting; international work force, offices more or less centrally located in the city.
Cons
Completely inflexible/uncompromising company that cares nothing about its employees (I witnessed about 45% of the workforce fired/replaced over 4 years!) Absolutely zero support for employee training or self-development (although they claim that "our employees are our most valuable asset...") Micro-management, no transparency, employees often have great responsibility yet not allowed to make decisions due to company hierarchy.
