Pros
PTO, sick pay, and benefits are great and the work load isnt bad during the off season
Cons
Pay is incredibly low and you may as well give up on making any significant progress or changes that would undoubtedly improve the conventions. Everything is controlled by the board who are incentivized to vote in their own favor.
