Pros

The people here are the best, it feels like a family and everyone helps each other. I love the kibbutz location—it's a chill vibe even when work is fast-paced. Our HR team is amazing and there are cool company events all the time. Management is flexible and gives you room to grow.

Cons

Pay is market average, nothing crazy. Also, the open space can be a bit noisy sometimes.

Pros

Commbox bootstrapped it's way to profitability and recently took a 35 million PE round to meet increasing global demand - although they grew sustainably and have a strong position while most other start-ups are cutting costs. They recently set-up operations in the Americas and are making the right moves / investments in the product. This is a solid software company that is methodically hiring for sustainable growth - something that is relatively unheard of in the current economic environment. The people are amazing. Great opportunity to help build an office in the US.

Cons

There's a huge challenge ahead in turning into a global company, targeting new markets, and building the right infrastructure to continue scaling effectively.
