Pros

The not formal communication, people are nice, and have good vibe

Cons

All the formal and professional communication are really bad, the won't open to listen and get feedback from thir own employees. It's feels like the doesn't want to grow and do things in right way, if it's work why we need to change, in my opinion it's doesn't work.

Pros

Commbox bootstrapped it's way to profitability and recently took a 35 million PE round to meet increasing global demand - although they grew sustainably and have a strong position while most other start-ups are cutting costs. They recently set-up operations in the Americas and are making the right moves / investments in the product. This is a solid software company that is methodically hiring for sustainable growth - something that is relatively unheard of in the current economic environment. The people are amazing. Great opportunity to help build an office in the US.

Cons

There's a huge challenge ahead in turning into a global company, targeting new markets, and building the right infrastructure to continue scaling effectively.

Limited Support from Management – There is a lack of professional support and guidance from managers, which can be challenging for employees who need direction or mentorship. Instability and Difficulty in Interdepartmental Coordination – There is a sense of inconsistency in communication and coordination between departments, which sometimes creates confusion and hinders collaborative work.
