Pros
Autonomous and able to work independently. Branch and corporate employees are very positive for having to deal with all of the cuts the CEO has made.
Cons
Oh man... well management, whoever that consists of, really is challenged. They seemed to be unable to adapt and unwilling to see value in the branch and corporate employees. Additionally, everything is late not because the employees aren’t good (actually most are really great) but the current CEO has cut so far back that employees are so overwhelmed and unhappy. If you you look at the filings, if they are accurate, show the current CEO has seen a 40% salary increase, while telling branch and corporate employees that he is not going give raises-makes sense? I’ve read comment on here and they seem so angry, while I’m not angry I’m just disappointed, so I give this criticism open and constructive.
