-New leadership team has the right idea (though unfortunately came in too late imo)
-Great CFO

-Company trajectory on the decline
-Top heavy organization, too many people trying to delegate down to the few people who actually execute
-Lack of proper strategy
-Most of the mid level managers who were the heartbeat of BigCommerce historically have left and not sure if the company will be able to reinvent itself in time
-Conflicting goals of different organization pit teams against each other. Caused too much friction internally. For a company struggling for relevance from external sources, this was a mistake.
