      Pros

      Great team oriented atmosphere with a single focus - what is best for the client. Benefits are on par with the size of the company.

      Cons

      Exciting changes ahead to launch the company into bigger and better things. But with that, there are normal growing pains. Currently, a training program for every position is nonexistent but everyone is eager and willing to help the new guy/gals find their footing.

      Pros

      A place I genuinely enjoy working for - with a team that will help you out and listen to your opinions. I feel I have the ability to grow here in the career I’ve chosen.

      Cons

      There can be some disconnect depending on which side of the building you work in. There does occasionally seem to be two worlds and I’m not sure they’ve successfully tied them together yet
