Pros

The people, discount and free product

Cons

The whole company. Heard they let go of a sale rep in the field because the rep was starting to make sales and the other rep didn’t like it (related to the owners). So the rep was left go because the other rep wanted those customer basically wanted the money but didn’t want to do the work. So the rep related to the owners can still sit a home and get high all day.

Pros

Work culture, welcoming people, excellent supportive management, benefits, and employee discount.

Cons

Greenhouse can get hot. A greenhouse job would not be good for heat sensitive people.

Pros

Decent pay but that’s it and don’t expect a raise

Cons

I worked at Common Citizen, and honestly one of the most disappointing parts of my experience wasn’t just the workplace conditions. it was the complete lack of concern for employees when things went wrong. During my time there, I experienced serious health issues that I believe were connected to conditions in the workplace. I had chest pain, breathing problems, and other symptoms that were severe enough for multiple doctor visits and a plethora of medications. What stood out the most to me was that not a single manager or supervisor ever checked in to ask if I was okay or how I was doing. Not once. For a company that claims to care about its employees and the quality of its products, that silence spoke volumes. When people are dealing with health issues that may be related to their job, basic human decency would be to at least ask if they’re alright. Instead, it felt like the priority was keeping things moving and avoiding accountability. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel so disposable after putting in hard work. A workplace culture that ignores employee wellbeing is a huge red flag, and people deserve to know what they’re walking into.
