They really care about the community they work for. It's all about other people. A lot of opportunities to connect with other employers in the area

It's a small company, a little over 50 people so it's not much room to advantage your career inside the company. I feel like there is a somewhat high staff turn over.

the pay is great and so are the benefits. There is room for advancement and a great learning experience.

There really are no con's but if I had to say one thing it would be that they require you to work weekends.
