      Commonspirit taking over CHI has brought the worst changes. Terrible staffing matrix and no techs for ICUs.

      Large corporation going through a lot of structural changes these past few years had made it difficult to keep things aligned as the company disassociated from advent health, while simultaneously merging centura health into commonspirit
