Pros

- alright management, your standard across the Bay Area but perhaps a touch less micro-managey than the more "premium" hospitals in the Bay - a hospital for its community led by the community - first time I've felt that the people I work with I can actually rely on

Cons

- short staffing due to mgmt cutting corners - mgmt can still be micro-managing - it's more like a rural hospital so resources are not as abundant compared to the other hospitals in the Bay. - personally, they're a bit behind on technology - EMR is Cerner and there's a lot of redundant charting

Cons

Large corporation going through a lot of structural changes these past few years had made it difficult to keep things aligned as the company disassociated from advent health, while simultaneously merging centura health into commonspirit
