Pros

The money is okay You have stability. As I write this today we are still hiring aggressively ever though it is winding down.

Cons

VM does not align with dignity care anymore. Some departments but many stick to their own. Your not paid enough for the work I've seen people do. There is nepotism and favoritism among a lot of the managers who bounced from hospital to hospital finally landing a manager position here. Our standards have lowered.

Large corporation going through a lot of structural changes these past few years had made it difficult to keep things aligned as the company disassociated from advent health, while simultaneously merging centura health into commonspirit
