Low pay with "merit based" raises. Insurance premiums and deductibles increasing. measly 3% raise. 2.75% bonus for the year. underpaid by a significant margin

Large corporation going through a lot of structural changes these past few years had made it difficult to keep things aligned as the company disassociated from advent health, while simultaneously merging centura health into commonspirit
