Management takes everything as a personal offense, patient reviews as gospel, and focuses on the wrong things such as banning wearing sweatshirts when staff is constantly unsafe. Compensation is, according to an HR representative at a staff meeting, "meeting the market rather than leading the market". Meeting the market and expecting extraordinary work is demanding burnout.
