Pros

Well priced benefits, almost everyone cares, new leadership very promising, onsite chapel is a nice touch, and we serve a community of people that need care.

Cons

This is not a dignity issue, but nurses are not paid the best. I took a role away from bedside to get a bump and work more hours (40wk) to bump my income. Things are slow to change, but that's everywhere. Yes, it has the same complaints as other places, but it comes down to believing those I work with do care and leaders are trying to move the needle to make things better.
