Pros

The company pays decently; probably the only thing keeping people from leaving sooner.

Cons

CommonSpirit Health is one of the most toxic workplaces I’ve experienced. Mistakes are absolutely not tolerated - no matter how minor. Instead of learning and growing, you're blamed, micromanaged, and made to feel disposable. There’s zero psychological safety. People are constantly walking on eggshells, afraid to speak up or make a wrong move. Executive leadership is a disaster. They protect themselves at all costs, take credit for others' work, and throw teams under the bus to save face. There’s no real accountability at the top - just ego, politics, and a complete lack of empathy for the people doing the actual work. If you're looking for a place that values control, fear, and politics over progress, this is it. Otherwise, run. This is not an environment where decent people can thrive.
