Customer service, working in a concession store in David Jones

Cons

My Manager left within a month of me starting, I was left to run the store myself as a PPT with only phone and video help from management for 9 months while finding casual staff myself until a new Regional Manager was found to help me through Covid. I was training staff on my days off. David Jones didn't have my boss's number until 6 months into the store opening. It was a horrible experience, completely disorganised. I was doing a Manager's job on a Part Time wage with no added perks just stress.
