Great Place to Work - Housekeeper Commonwealth Hotels Employee Review

Flexible scheduling, vacation days, sick pay and holiday pay after 90 days, the specific Commonwealth location that I work at has an amazing team(or, as we like to say, family)from our GM to the hourly employees

I can only think of one con, and that would be it'd be nice to see a raise of some kind once in awhile. I've been with the company for almost a year now and haven't seen a single raise

Can't think of any pros, they do really care about revenue!

This is the worst "management" company I have ever encountered. They literally took my passion and love for working in hotels and threw it in the trash. Never again will I work in a hotel because of this company.
